Plans and payment

Choose Pro at $49 per month or Premium at $99 per month for one business location. The selected plan, location and total are shown before you pay. Your first payment is collected before we activate the paid software license. Payment confirms your order, not usable access.

We provision your selected tools and guide your business connections automatically. You must provide accurate authorized business/contact information and approve required profile connections. You operate the tools, approve public responses and authorize recipients for any review requests. Do not send passwords, card details, customer lists or case information to our support inbox. Software features remain subject to applicable platform controls.

Service start and renewals

Your first payment covers one full calendar month beginning when usable access is confirmed. Your next charge is one calendar month after that start, using the last day of the month if the matching date does not exist. We confirm your service start, paid-through date and next charge. No second payment is due merely because access is activated.

If usable access is not delivered within five business days after verified payment, we issue a full refund unless you explicitly accept a revised start. Renewals are stopped while access remains undelivered. There is no instant-activation guarantee or separate three-day promise.

Cancellation and support

There is no minimum term. Cancel before your next renewal using the authenticated cancellation control or email contact@rankbail.com. Service remains available through the paid period. We confirm actual cancellation and the end date; no sales call or additional purchase is required. No routine partial-month refund after delivery; billing errors and undelivered service retain their remedies.

Guidance, setup checks and factual product reporting are automated. Access/billing defects have a visible support path; no dedicated human training or personalized setup is included. Existing Premium support commitments remain: initial response within two business days, up to 15 minutes of workflow help per month and one setup-help exchange; these are exception/support coverage, not a routine fulfillment queue. Pro uses automated guidance and the same two-business-day initial response for access/billing exceptions; no additional human training allowance is promised.

Your RankBail customer hub connects to the ForTheWeb dashboard. The dashboard and initial welcome may show ForTheWeb branding. Neither plan includes SMS, automatically posted AI replies, staff-operated campaigns or guaranteed reviews/rankings/revenue.

Existing agreements and privacy

These terms apply to new purchases accepting this version. Existing agreements and historical orders retain their own terms. Read our Privacy Policy. Marketing permission is optional and separate.
