$49 once. No subscription. Target delivery is within three business days after complete intake. One correction round requested within seven days. Full refund before work starts; missing or incorrect promised assets are corrected within five business days or refunded.

Support, billing & cancellation

Monthly billing begins on confirmed usable access. No minimum term or automatic trial-to-paid conversion. Cancel by email or billing portal before renewal; access continues through the paid period. No routine partial-month refund. Billing errors and undelivered service are corrected.

Email support is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Central, excluding holidays. Initial response within two business days; this is not a resolution guarantee. Product/access defects are triaged. Extra training or custom work requires a separately accepted quote.

Setup delivery & corrections

Target delivery within three business days after complete intake. One consolidated correction round requested within seven days. Full refund before work starts. Missing or incorrect promised assets are corrected within five business days or refunded.

No required call, custom design, installation, profile recovery, contact import or campaign execution. Overlapping work in an existing SEO agreement is not charged twice.

What these services don’t include

Daily human review management, SEO, website work/hosting, SMS service, paid add-ons, profile reinstatement, review removal and guaranteed results are not included. Customers approve request wording and recipients. Requests are not filtered by expected rating.
