Payment comes before paid activation. We’ll confirm usable access when setup is complete. If access is undelivered within five business days, full refund unless you accept a revised start. No renewal while undelivered. Online purchasing is not available yet. SMS, automatic public replies and managed campaigns are excluded.

Clear payment and access steps

For Pro and Premium, your first payment comes before paid activation. It covers one full calendar month from confirmed usable access. Your next charge is one calendar month later; activation does not trigger a second payment.

If access is undelivered within five business days after verified payment, we issue a full refund unless you expressly accept a revised start. No renewal while access is undelivered.

No minimum term. Cancel before renewal; service continues through the paid period. Cancellation and the end date require confirmation.

Use your tools. Software enrollment will open after the signup and access process is verified. Paid activation follows verified payment.
